Murty was appointed as the Client’s Representative for the delivery of the project. The “Ocean Parade Towers” luxury residential apartments at Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos comprises 240 units in 14 buildings positioned in 2 U-shaped blocks together forming a community equipped with entertainment and community/neighbourhood centre facilities.

We provided project management and delivery services as well as cost management and financial administration for Phase I of the project. This included developing the project organisation structure for the management of the project, preparing agreements and cost estimates, supporting negotiations and providing project delivery support during construction. Our work on the project enabled the developer complete Phase I on time and within budget.
