ECOWAS Commission has adopted PPP as a key tool in promoting development, trade and regional integration in West Africa. To support this, the commission engaged us to profile PPP projects in the region and develop a draft regional PPP policy.

Our responsibilities include carrying out a study and collection of data on key PPP projects in the various countries, documenting good practices and common challenges, undertaking an assessment of the legal, institutional and regulatory framework for PPP in each of the 15 countries, and preparing a draft PPP policy for the region.
