The Union Bank Headquarters is a 30-storey office development with gross floor area of approximately 34,000 square metres in Marina, Lagos. Murty provided full project management services for the delivery of the project.

Services provided included project planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and control using best practice methodologies and techniques to ensure the clients time, quality, cost and overall strategic objectives were met. We managed implications of variations and change control to ensure overall end-user objectives were met and satisfied. We also monitored and coordinated activities of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure optimum working arrangements to avoid project delays.
