Murty’s services comprised PPP institutional development in form of capacity building for the management and selected staff of FCTA/FCDA in collaboration with the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3), Washington DC, USA based on IP3 training programs. The comprehensive PPP training courses appropriately designed for the FCTA/FCDA were:

- Designing Legislative, Institutional, and Regulatory Frameworks for Successful Public-Private Partnerships
Murty facilitated the provision of the training and capacity building services and ensured the right match of programs and content of training needs to suit the FCTA/FCDA and its organisational environment. The assignment substantially increased PPP capacity for the management and staff of FCTA/FCDA and provided the tools and skills necessary to successfully develop PPP solutions organisation-wide.
