Murty was appointed as the Client’s Representative for the delivery of the project. South Atlantic Petroleum (Sapetro) Towers is a mixed development of 14-storey office and residential block in Victoria Island, Lagos. It has approximately 20,000 sq.m of floor space. It was delivered using a design and build procurement method at a project cost of N2billion (US$15.4million).

We conducted a review of office and residential block designs and contract documents focusing on commercial terms, value engineering and cash flow.

We also prepared and harmonised the contract documents, developed a project and contract strategy and provided project management advisory services.

As part of the service, we provided cost management and financial administration functions during construction, including financial analysis and reporting to enable periodic construction loan drawdown from the bank.
